Is Slokje a medical advice app?

No. Slokje is intended as a reminder and logging tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment decisions or dosage recommendations. Always follow instructions from qualified healthcare professionals.

How is Slokje different from a normal alarm?

A normal alarm can tell you that it is time. Slokje can also show the medication name, dose details, instructions and package photos you added beforehand, so the reminder has more context.

Where is my medication data stored?

Slokje does not upload medication data or photos to its own servers. Data is stored on your device, but may be included in Apple device backups depending on your iOS and iCloud settings.

Does Slokje use tracking or advertising?

The app uses no advertising and no health-data tracking. The website uses cookie-free aggregate analytics for pageviews and campaign attribution.

Does Slokje work offline?

The core reminder and logbook functionality is app-only and local. Apple subscription checks and App Store sync may require an internet connection.

Can someone else help manage my medication schedule?

Yes. Slokje includes an optional read-only managed mode on the same device. Editing can be unlocked locally with a caregiver password. There is no caregiver website, caregiver account or remote sync in V1.

Can I share a care plan?

Yes, care plan sharing is optional. It requires explicit consent before the iOS share sheet opens. You choose where the file is sent. Slokje does not receive or store the exported file.

How much does Premium cost?

Premium is billed weekly through Apple. The displayed price may vary by country and App Store storefront.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Slokje includes a 7-day local trial with 1 medication and 1 reminder time. After the trial, Premium is required to continue using the app.

What happens to my data after the trial?

Your local data is not deleted automatically. After the trial, access to the main app requires Premium.
