Subscription help
Subscriptions and billing are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel Premium through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Trial help
Slokje includes a 7-day local trial with 1 medication and 1 reminder time. After the trial, Premium is required to continue using the main app.
Deleting local data
Medication data is stored locally on the device. You can delete data inside the app by removing medication entries or resetting local app data.
Notification help
If reminders are not visible, check iOS notification permission, Focus mode, sound settings, battery settings and whether Slokje notifications are enabled.
Privacy help
Slokje does not upload medication data or photos to its own servers. Local data may still be included in Apple device backups depending on your iOS and iCloud settings.
