Controller
Slokje is responsible for the app. Contact: support@slokje.online.
What the app stores
Slokje may store medication names, schedules, dose times, dose logs, supply levels, medication photos, instructions, app preferences, subscription status and caregiver consent settings.
Where data is stored
Slokje does not upload medication data or photos to its own servers. Medication data is stored on the user’s device. However, local app data and photos may be included in Apple device backups depending on the user’s iOS, iCloud and backup settings.
No backend or accounts
V1 has no Slokje app backend, no web dashboard, no caregiver account and no remote medication sync.
Photos
Medication photos are stored locally by the app and are used to help identify medication packages and provide reminder context. Slokje does not upload these photos to its own servers. Original photos may also exist outside Slokje if the user uses iCloud Photos or other photo backup services.
Managed mode
The user can choose read-only managed mode when a trusted person helps manage the medication schedule on the same device. Editing can be unlocked locally with the caregiver password. There is no separate caregiver identity or remote caregiver account in V1.
Care plan sharing
Care plan sharing is optional. After explicit consent, the user can export a care plan file through the iOS share sheet. The user chooses the recipient. Slokje does not receive, upload or store this exported file.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Slokje receives subscription entitlement status. Slokje does not receive payment card details.
Analytics and tracking
The Slokje app uses no advertising and no health-data tracking. Health data is not used for marketing. The public website records cookie-free aggregate analytics for pageviews, referrer host, page path, device category, browser category and UTM campaign fields. It does not store IP addresses.
User rights
Users can delete local data in the app by removing medication entries or resetting local app data. Privacy requests can be sent to support@slokje.online.
