Caregiver Consent
Slokje supports local, app-only managed mode. There is no caregiver website, no caregiver account, no backend server and no remote sync in V1.
Read-only managed mode
A user can choose read-only managed mode when someone trusted helps manage the medication schedule on the same device. The app remains read-only until editing is unlocked locally with the caregiver password.
Caregiver password
The caregiver password is set on the same device. It does not create a separate caregiver identity, account or remote access.
Care plan export
Care plan sharing is manual and optional. It requires explicit consent before the iOS share sheet opens. The user chooses where the file is sent.
Withdrawal
Consent can be withdrawn in Settings. Withdrawal stops future exports from the app, but cannot recall files already shared outside the app.
Local-first principle
Medication schedules, photos, instructions and logs stay on the device unless the user explicitly exports them. Local data may still be included in Apple device backups depending on iOS and iCloud settings.
